- CLAUDE.md: Concise dev context, references README/REQUIREMENTS
- groups/CLAUDE.md: Proper agent identity for Andy
- groups/main/CLAUDE.md: Add agent identity, keep admin context
- package.json: Update description
- setup skill: Note to update name in multiple places
